Founded on more than a decade of construction leadership, Iron Fibre Networks brings civil capability, technical fibre expertise, and disciplined project coordination together under one delivery model. We support telecom, municipal, utility, development, construction, and enterprise partners with infrastructure built for reliable performance and long-term growth.
Nick Capasso entered site leadership early, becoming a site supervisor at 21. Over the following decade, he managed large-scale projects for a major production builder, coordinating trades, schedules, materials, and crews across demanding job sites.
That experience gave Nick a firsthand understanding of the pressures that affect project performance, including labour availability, compressed schedules, supply chain challenges, and the need for clear communication across every level of a build.
It also reinforced an important principle: strong projects are built by teams that are respected, supported, and held to a clear standard. When people understand the plan, take ownership of their work, and trust the team around them, better outcomes follow.
That philosophy became the foundation of IronShake Inc. and later Iron Fibre Networks. Today, Nick applies the same field-first mindset to infrastructure delivery, with a focus on building better systems, supporting capable teams, and completing work that performs long after handoff.
Founder, IronShake Inc.
To deliver reliable civil, fibre, and copper infrastructure that keeps communities, businesses, and critical networks connected.
A connected Canada supported by resilient, scalable network infrastructure built for long-term growth.
To make complex network deployment easier to plan, coordinate, build, test, and hand off.
Our Local 183 affiliation adds another layer of workforce credibility, reinforcing our commitment to professional standards, safe execution, and dependable field performance. The result is a structured delivery model designed to reduce coordination gaps, protect project schedules, and provide greater confidence from mobilization through closeout.
Reliable networks depend on the infrastructure built beneath, between, and around them. Iron Fibre Networks brings civil discipline, technical fibre execution, and accountable project coordination together so each phase of the work supports the next.
Our work is designed for real infrastructure environments where access, safety, specifications, restoration, and long-term reliability all matter. We build network infrastructure that can support current requirements while allowing for future expansion.
From fusion splicing and OTDR testing to deficiency review and closeout records, we verify performance, document the work, and prepare each completed scope for a clear and accountable handoff.
Iron Fibre Networks carries forward more than a decade of construction leadership, established project systems, and a people-first operating culture. That foundation strengthens how we plan work, coordinate crews, manage sites, and maintain accountability.
We do not treat civil work, network deployment, testing, restoration, and closeout as disconnected responsibilities. We manage them as one connected process, with one standard from planning through completion.
Share your project scope, location, current stage, and target schedule with our team. We will review the requirements and help determine the right path forward for civil construction, fibre or copper deployment, testing, or coordinated project delivery. When reliability, schedule control, and long-term network performance matter, Iron Fibre Networks brings the field capability and accountability needed to move the work forward with confidence.
